Yes. Flat-pack (KD) design is a standard capability for multi-store retail rollouts where shipping volume and cost are critical. Our engineering team designs bolt-together joints, cam-lock connections, and assembly sequences for tool-free or minimal-tool in-store build. Each flat-pack kit includes sorted components, bagged hardware, and illustrated assembly instructions. There is no rigid MOQ. We handle orders from single-unit prototypes for design approval, through pilot batches (5–10 units for store trials), to volume production (100–500+ units for national rollouts). How does Eterna ensure colour and finish consistency across large retail batches?+
Consistency is maintained through four controls: (1) CNC-driven manufacturing with stored programs ensures dimensional repeatability across all units; (2) powder coat colour is verified against the approved sample panel at batch start and at intervals using a spectrophotometer; (3) the same powder coat batch (colour lot) is procured for the entire production run where possible; (4) in-process cosmetic inspection at five stages (post-cut, post-bend, post-weld, post-coat, post-assembly) catches deviations before they multiply.
