Eterna Global Solutions LLP is a precision sheet metal manufacturing company located in Noida, India, specializing in the production of server racks, network racks, outdoor telecom enclosures, IP-rated electrical cabinets, lithium battery enclosures, and engineered sheet metal assemblies for OEM equipment manufacturers.
We function as an integrated manufacturing facility supporting both prototype development and volume production. Our in-house processes include CNC turret punching and laser blanking, CNC press brake forming and folding, MIG/TIG welding, PEM hardware insertion, grinding and finishing, powder coating, and final mechanical assembly and integration. By keeping all fabrication, finishing, and assembly operations under one roof, we maintain process control, dimensional consistency, and supply continuity for long-term programs.
Our manufacturing approach follows Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Engineering review is conducted before production to optimize part geometry, tolerance stack-ups, material selection, and manufacturability. This reduces rework, improves repeatability, and stabilizes lead times for customers running ongoing equipment production.
