Eterna telecom outdoor battery cabinets are purpose-engineered to safely house Li-ion and VRLA battery banks at outdoor telecom cell sites, rooftop BTS installations, fibre nodes, and remote power distribution points. Unlike generic outdoor enclosures adapted for battery storage, these cabinets are designed from the ground up with the thermal management, safety monitoring, and ingress protection that battery chemistry demands: integrated fan ventilation with smoke sensors, thermostat-controlled airflow, limit switches on every door, and LED internal lighting for safe night-time servicing — all supplied as standard, not added as aftermarket accessories.
Constructed from galvanised steel (GI IS 277) with CNC-precision fabrication, IP-rated gaskets, and 3 or 4-point espagnolette locking depending on cabinet height, these enclosures deliver the durability telecom operators require for 10–15 year field life in India’s harshest outdoor conditions — monsoon rain, coastal salt air, dust storms, and extreme heat. Hardware is supplied RoHS-compliant with a choice of zinc die-cast or stainless steel locks and hinges. Powder coated in RAL 7032 or RAL 7035 as standard, with custom colours available. From standard configurations to fully bespoke battery cabinet designs, our vertically integrated Noida facility handles everything from sheet metal fabrication through electrical integration and final assembly under one roof.

3 or 4-Point Espagnolette LockingLock point count matched to cabinet height for uniform gasket compression. Secures the enclosure against unauthorised access and maintains IP seal integrity under all conditions.
IP-Rated Gasket SealContinuous closed-cell gasket around all door and panel interfaces. Prevents ingress of dust, rain, insects, and airborne particulates per IEC 60529. Maintains sealed environment for battery chemistry safety.
Powder Coated — RAL 7032 / RAL 7035 StandardOutdoor-grade polyester powder coat at 60–80 µm DFT. Standard RAL 7032 (silky grey) or RAL 7035 (light grey). Custom RAL colours available on request for operator branding.

Door Stay for ServicingIntegrated door stay holds door open at a safe angle during maintenance. Keeps both hands free for battery inspection, cable work, and sensor checks. Prevents wind-slam injuries.
