Battery enclosures are not “normal cabinets”. They must protect sensitive cells and electronics from dust, water ingress, vibration, and thermal stress, while remaining safe, serviceable, and consistent at scale. Battery applications require enclosures that protect both cells and electronics. Sealing performance depends on flatness, gasket landing area, and consistent compression. We design sealing planes, gasket channels, and compression stops so assembly torque doesn’t over-crush the gasket or leave low-pressure zones.
Most leaks happen at cable entries, vents, and service panels. We provision gland plates, cable routing, fastener spacing, and access geometry so the enclosure stays serviceable without compromising sealing integrity.
Battery systems generate heat in cells and power electronics. The enclosure must support heat rejection while maintaining safety and ingress protection. We integrate mounting points and cutouts for cooling hardware based on your design.
Fan/filter mounts, heat exchanger cutouts, louver patterns (where allowed), segregated airflow paths, cable trays that reduce heat hotspots, and service-friendly access panels.
