Eterna Global Solutions LLP partners with electrical and IT communication equipment manufacturers as a precision sheet metal supplier and contract manufacturing partner. We support both in-house production lines (by supplying panels, sub-assemblies, and kits directly to your assembly floor) and outsourced builds (by delivering complete powder-coated enclosures, boxed inventory, and finished assemblies ready for dispatch).
Electrical and IT enclosures must protect what matters: sensitive electronics, cable terminations, busbars, breakers, and communication devices. Reliability depends on dimensional accuracy (door alignment, cutouts, mounting hole patterns), surface durability (powder coat adhesion and corrosion resistance), and repeatable manufacturing across long production runs. Eterna’s integrated capabilities — fiber laser cutting, CNC punching, press brake forming, welding, and in-house powder coating — allow you to control quality and lead time from blank sheet to finished enclosure.
For fast-changing demand patterns, we also support reserve inventory programs for repeat items. With agreed min/max stocking, we help you absorb demand spikes without disrupting your production schedule. Where needed, we provide technical and manufacturing support to improve your internal fabrication — including DFM feedback, bend relief optimization, assembly simplification, and finish standardization for reduced rejection rates.
Electrical and IT enclosure buyers need accuracy and repeatability: mounting hole patterns that match chassis rails, doors that close cleanly, cutouts that fit devices and glands, and finishes that survive handling and field use. We build to support assembly line consistency and long-run production stability.
We deliver as single powder-coated panels, welded sub-assemblies, or complete fabricated enclosures shipped to your line as WIP-ready parts or boxed finished inventory. Our goal is to reduce your internal bottlenecks while improving outgoing quality.
Laser-cut and formed panels delivered as finished, powder-coated parts for enclosure systems and cabinets.
Fabricated cabinet bodies and assemblies built to your drawings and fitment requirements.
Housings and chassis parts for IT/communication products where aesthetics, airflow, and assembly fitment are critical.
Repeat parts supplied as kits for your assembly stations, reducing internal picking and shortages.
Sheet metal parts for switchgear and distribution applications where alignment and finish quality drive acceptance.
Full enclosure builds from sheet metal to finished assembly where you want a single accountable manufacturing partner.
We focus on repeatable hole patterns, stable bends, and controlled tolerances so that doors align, glands fit, and internal mounting points match your electrical layouts. For repeat parts, program control helps ensure revision-to-revision consistency.
Powder coat durability depends on pretreatment and process control. We align coating system selection to your environment (indoor, outdoor, industrial) and can support batch checks such as DFT, adhesion, and visual inspection under controlled lighting.
Drawing review & enclosure DFM
Cutouts, bends, joints, assembly approach
We review drawings for manufacturability, fitment risk, and assembly efficiency.
CNC cutting & punching
Repeat patterns for enclosure systems
Panels and parts are produced with controlled programs for repeatability.
Bending, welding & assembly
Bodies, frames, doors, and sub-builds
We form and fabricate parts into sub-assemblies or complete enclosures.
Surface treatment & powder coating
Finish control for durability and appearance
We apply powder coating through a controlled process and batch checks (as applicable).
Packing & delivery
Line-ready WIP or boxed finished inventory
Packaging is aligned to how you consume parts: assembly line WIP or finished inventory.
For repeat panels, bracket sets, and common enclosure parts, we can maintain agreed min/max quantities so your assembly line is not impacted by sudden demand changes. Stocking can be applied at raw material, WIP, or finished inventory level depending on program requirements.
Reserve inventory reduces line stoppages, improves delivery performance to your end customers, and smooths procurement volatility. It also supports faster dispatch cycles during new project rollouts or seasonal peaks.
