Eterna data rack enclosures are engineered for the demands of modern data centres, communications rooms, and enterprise server environments. Built from galvanised steel with a three-point lever-latch locking system and 65–85% airflow mesh doors, these cabinets deliver the ventilation density that high-wattage servers, switches, and UPS systems require — while maintaining physical security and clean cable routing. Available in welded (fully assembled) or flat-pack construction, with a choice of single-piece mesh, wardrobe-style split mesh, or tempered glass door options to suit your deployment environment and aesthetic requirements.

The range spans 12U to 47U heights in 600 mm and 800 mm widths with 600 mm or 800 mm depth options, covering everything from a compact comms closet to a full-height data centre row. Every cabinet features fully adjustable 19″ EIA-310-E mounting profiles compatible with all major server and networking hardware, a vented top panel with cable entry provisions, and an earthing strip fitted as standard. Manufactured in our vertically integrated Noida facility — laser cutting, forming, welding, powder coating, and assembly under one roof — with complementing colours and custom sizing available for OEM and enterprise rollout projects.

65–85% Airflow Mesh DoorsHigh-density perforated mesh for maximum front-to-rear airflow. Compatible with hot aisle / cold aisle configurations. Single-piece or wardrobe-style split mesh options.

Fully Adjustable 19″ Mounting ProfilesFront + rear rail pairs per EIA-310-E. Depth-adjustable in 25 mm increments. Square-hole pattern, cage nut compatible. Accommodates all major server manufacturers.

Vented Top with Cable EntryPerforated top panel for heat exhaust and overhead cable routing. Brush-strip or grommet cable entry options to maintain airflow management.

Full-Length Vertical Cable ManagementOptional integrated cable troughs on both sides of the 19″ mounting plane. Keeps power and data cables organised and separated for clean airflow paths.

Earthing Strip (Standard)Bonded earth bar fitted as standard on every cabinet for proper equipment grounding. Multiple earth points for rack-mount equipment connections.

Lockable Side PanelsOptional quick-release lockable side panels for bay-to-bay separation or standalone security. Tool-free removal for maintenance access.

Galvanised Steel — Extreme Corrosion Resistance+

Constructed from galvanised steel with conveyorised pre-treatment and polyester powder coat. Delivers long-term corrosion resistance even in environments with elevated humidity or condensation — far superior to standard cold-rolled steel cabinets that rust at weld points within months.

Laser cutting, CNC forming, welding, powder coating, assembly, QC, and dispatch all happen in our Noida facility. No sub-contracting. Full control over quality, schedule, and cost. Volume runs or single prototypes — same production line, same standards.
