Eterna Global Solutions LLP manufactures precision sheet metal components and complete assemblies for the designer furniture and interior design industry — table bases, dining frames, coffee table structures, sideboard carcasses, shelving systems, lighting fixtures, architectural screens, planters, and bespoke decorative metalwork. We work with furniture designers, interior design studios, architects, hospitality fitout firms, and D2C furniture brands who need metal components that meet the exacting visual standards of high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality environments.
Furniture metalwork occupies a unique position in sheet metal fabrication. Unlike industrial enclosures judged by IP ratings or retail fixtures judged from arm’s length, designer furniture is touched, leaned on, lived with daily, and scrutinised at close range under residential lighting. A hairline weld scar on a table leg, a micro-ripple in a powder-coated surface, an inconsistent radius on a bent edge — these are immediately visible and unacceptable in a product that may retail for £50,000 or more. Our manufacturing process applies furniture-grade cosmetic tolerances: invisible welds on exposed surfaces, mirror-smooth coatings, and hand-finished details that give each piece a crafted quality — even in batches of 500.
Eterna collaborates with designers early in the conceptual phase, translating sketches and 3D renders into production-ready engineering while respecting creative intent and budget constraints. We coordinate multi-material integration — combining sheet metal structures with solid wood, marble, glass, leather, cane, brass accents, and stone tops — and deliver complete, assembled furniture units or flat-pack kits ready for the end customer. From a one-off bespoke commission to a 1,000-unit production run for a D2C brand, every piece is manufactured with the same precision on the same CNC machines at our Noida facility.
An industrial enclosure is bolted into a server room and never looked at again. A retail display is viewed at arm’s length in a store. But a dining table base sits in someone’s home for a decade — touched every day, examined from every angle, under warm residential lighting that reveals every imperfection. Furniture metalwork operates at the intersection of engineering precision and visual art. The tolerances are tight (±0.5 mm on visible dimensions), but the real challenge is surface perfection: welds that vanish, coatings that feel luxurious, edges that flow without interruption, and proportions that look exactly like the designer’s render — not “close enough.”
We combine CNC-driven repeatability with hand-finishing craftsmanship. Profiles are laser-cut to ±0.05 mm. Bends are formed on CNC press brakes with stored programs. But weld joints on exposed surfaces are hand-dressed, filled, sanded through progressive grits (80 → 120 → 240 → 400), and finished to invisible standards before coating. This hybrid approach means we can produce 500 identical table bases with the dimensional consistency of CNC manufacturing and the surface quality of a metalworking artisan. We engage early with designers — before drawings are finalised — to ensure every design decision is both beautiful and manufacturable.
Sheet metal table bases and structural frames for dining tables, coffee tables, console tables, study desks, and conference tables. The base is typically the defining visual element of a designer table — we manufacture it to the exact proportions, profiles, and finish quality the designer specifies.
Structural metal frames for chairs, benches, bar stools, and lounge seating. The metal frame provides structural integrity while the designer specifies upholstery, seating surfaces, and back panels in complementary materials.
Metal shelving structures, bookcase frames, sideboard carcasses, TV unit frameworks, and modular storage systems where sheet metal provides the structural skeleton and visual frame for the furniture piece.
Sheet metal bodies, shades, arms, and structural components for designer lighting. Lighting metalwork demands extremely tight cosmetic tolerances because it is designed to be viewed up close — often illuminated from within.
Weather-resistant metal furniture components and complete structures for outdoor residential and hospitality environments. Outdoor furniture must survive UV exposure, rain, humidity, and temperature cycling while maintaining visual appeal.
Decorative and functional metalwork for interior projects — room divider screens, planters, mirror frames, architectural hardware, and bespoke commissions that blur the line between furniture and art.
Furniture powder coating goes beyond industrial specifications. The coating must feel smooth to the touch, look flawless under directional lighting, and match the designer’s colour intent exactly.
Preparation: Visible welds ground smooth; progressive sanding 80 → 120 → 240 grit; pre-treatment appropriate to substrate.
Application: Electrostatic spray; 60–120 μm film thickness; post-cure cosmetic inspection for orange peel, dust inclusions, runs.
Colour matching: RAL, Pantone, NCS, custom brand colours; sample panels before production. Gloss levels from dead matte to high gloss; textures from smooth to sand/fine texture.
Brushed stainless: No. 4 grain on SS 304; grain direction aligned across multi-piece assemblies.
Mirror stainless: No. 8 mirror achieved via progressive polishing; careful handling/packing to avoid micro-scratches.
PVD (via partners): Gold, rose gold, bronze, champagne, black titanium on stainless for high-touch premium surfaces.
Patina looks: Controlled Corten-style sealed finish; blackened steel patina sealed with wax/lacquer.
Plating (via partners): Zinc and brass-toned options for hardware and small components.
Design collaboration & feasibility
Early involvement before designs are locked
We engage at concept stage — reviewing sketches, renders, and material palettes with a manufacturing lens to prevent costly redesigns and preserve design intent.
Engineering & production drawing
3D model → flat patterns → BOM
Approved concepts are converted into detailed production drawings: components modelled in 3D, unfolded flat patterns, bend sequences, weld callouts, finish specs, and packaging requirements.
Prototype & sample approval
Production-quality physical sample
A physical prototype is manufactured on production machines with full finishing and coating — this becomes the reference standard for batch production.
Production & hand finishing
CNC precision + artisan surface quality
Production follows the CNC chain with furniture-specific finishing stages between welding and coating to achieve invisible joints and premium surfaces.
Packing & delivery
Furniture-grade protective packing
Furniture packing standards are higher than industrial shipping because products arrive for showroom or end-customer use where any damage is immediately visible.
CRCA: 0.8–2.0 mm — standard for powder-coated frames; excellent formability.
SS 304: 0.8–2.0 mm — brushed/mirror/PVD furniture elements; protective film maintained.
SS 316: 0.8–2.0 mm — outdoor/coastal environments for long-term corrosion resistance.
Aluminium (5052): 1.0–3.0 mm — lightweight furniture; powder coat/anodise options.
Galvanized steel: For internal corrosion-resistant structures under coating where appropriate.
Solid wood: Threaded inserts and precision mounting for wood tops.
Marble/stone: Brackets and anti-slip supports for heavy tops; vibration-safe designs.
Glass: Silicone pads/locators for tempered tops and shelves (6–12 mm).
Leather/fabric: Upholstery provisions (staple rails, velcro tracks, concealed fasteners).
Cane/woven: Groove or channel retention for panels.
Brass/copper accents: Mixed-metal aesthetics via trims, ferrules, inlays.
We manufacture for independent designers and studios who need a production partner capable of translating design intent into repeatable, furniture-grade output. From a single commission to 200-unit runs, we maintain the same CNC precision and surface-finishing discipline. NDAs supported for IP protection.
Contract manufacturing for D2C brands: consistent batches, flat-pack engineering, white-label kitting, and scalable repeat production. Launch with 50–100 units and scale to 500+ per SKU per month as demand grows.
Hotels, cafes, restaurants, co-working spaces, and corporate offices require higher durability. We engineer for heavier use and can support multi-location rollouts with identical repeatability across installations.
Custom interior metalwork: screens, shelving, planters, feature elements, and bespoke pieces. We work from drawings or develop production engineering from concept sketches. NCR-based site coordination available where required.
