Warehouse & Logistics Services — Storage, Barcoding, Packaging & PAN-India Delivery for Sheet Metal Products

Eterna Global Solutions LLP extends its manufacturing capability beyond the factory floor with dedicated warehouse and logistics services from its Noida facility. For customers who need their finished enclosures, server racks, telecom cabinets, or fabricated components stored, staged, and dispatched on a schedule rather than shipped immediately after production, we offer in-house pallet storage with barcode-tracked inventory management. Your goods are stored securely at our premises and released to the desired delivery location when you need them — saving you the cost of separate third-party warehousing and reducing unnecessary transportation.

When it’s time to ship, we coordinate delivery through our transport partners with a large fleet of trucks covering PAN-India delivery. Whether the destination is a single data center in Mumbai, a telecom tower site in rural Rajasthan, or a multi-site rollout across 50 locations nationwide, we match the right vehicle to the job . All products are professionally packaged (foam protection, stretch wrap, plywood crating, or palletised) before loading, with shipping labels and barcoded tracking for every consignment.

This end-to-end service — manufacture, assemble, store, package, barcode, and deliver — means your supply chain has a single point of contact from raw sheet metal to installed product on site. Fewer handoffs, fewer vendors, fewer opportunities for damage, delay, or miscommunication.

Warehouse and logistics overview

Store → stage → package → deliver.

Why warehouse and logistics at the manufacturer?

For customers managing multi-site rollouts, staggered deployments, or buffer stock programs, the ability to store finished goods at the manufacturing facility and release them on schedule eliminates the cost and complexity of separate third-party warehousing. Products stay in the same controlled environment where they were built — no transit damage from moving goods between factory and warehouse, no coordination between multiple vendors, and no storage rental at a separate location. When your site is ready, we pick, pack, and ship directly from our Noida facility to the installation point.

How Eterna manages warehousing

Finished products are received into our storage area with barcode labelling for tracking — every unit, pallet, or consignment is scanned at intake and its location recorded. When a dispatch instruction is received, the team picks the specified units, verifies the barcode against the dispatch order, packages them per the transport requirement, and coordinates with our logistics partners for delivery. This barcode-based tracking ensures the right product goes to the right destination in the right quantity — critical for multi-SKU, multi-location deliveries where manual tracking invites errors.

Carbon footprint benefit: By storing goods at our manufacturing facility and dispatching directly to the installation site, we eliminate the intermediate factory-to-warehouse leg entirely. For customers receiving recurring production batches, this can reduce total freight kilometres by 30–50% compared to routing through a separate distribution centre — lowering both cost and carbon emissions.

For procurement and supply chain teams: If your deployment schedule doesn’t match your production schedule — for example, you need 200 cabinets manufactured now but deployed to 50 sites over 3 months — our warehousing service bridges that gap. We hold your inventory and release it in batches aligned to your rollout plan.

Storage • barcoding • packaging • assembly • delivery.
Single point of contact: From raw material to packaged product on a truck to your site — one vendor, one PO, one point of accountability. Our warehousing and logistics service is an extension of our manufacturing, not a separate business. This means your production manager and your logistics coordinator are in the same building, looking at the same inventory.

How warehousing and dispatch works

From production completion to truck departure.

Production complete → warehouse intake

After assembly, testing, and quality sign-off, finished products are barcoded, logged into the inventory system, and placed in designated storage locations.

  • Barcode label generated with serial number, product code, production order, and date
  • Product scanned at warehouse intake — inventory count updated in real time
  • Storage location assigned based on product size, weight, and dispatch priority
  • Customer notified that goods are in stock and available for dispatch on their schedule
For recurring programs: If you have a standing production program (e.g., 100 cabinets per month, delivered to different sites each month), we can establish a rolling dispatch schedule where production, storage, and delivery operate as a continuous cycle — reducing the need for ad-hoc coordination on each batch.

Transport and PAN-India delivery

Large fleet network • metro to remote sites.

Vehicle range

Through our transport partners, we have access to a wide range of vehicles matched to consignment size and destination:

Mini-trucks (Tata Ace / Bolero pickup): For small consignments (1–5 units), local and regional delivery within NCR and adjoining states.

Light commercial vehicles (LCVs): For medium loads, inter-city delivery, and time-sensitive consignments.

Full-load trucks (9T / 16T / 21T): For bulk production dispatches of 20+ enclosures, long-haul delivery to any destination in India.

Open / closed body: Closed-body vehicles for rain protection on long routes and during monsoon; open-body trailers for oversized or heavy consignments where height clearance is needed.

Delivery coverage and experience

PAN-India coverage: Our transport network delivers to all major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) and Tier-2/Tier-3 cities and towns across India. We also deliver to remote and semi-urban telecom tower sites, highway installations, and industrial zones.

Telecom site delivery experience: We understand the logistics challenges of delivering to cell tower sites — narrow access roads, limited unloading equipment, remote locations with no standard dock — and plan vehicle selection and loading accordingly.

Data center delivery: Delivery to data center receiving docks with palletised loads, advance delivery scheduling, and coordination with site facility management for dock slot and goods lift availability.

Transit insurance: Available for high-value consignments — recommended for fully integrated electrical cabinets and multi-site bulk dispatches.

Sustainability note: By dispatching directly from our Noida manufacturing facility to the installation site, we eliminate the factory → warehouse → site double-handling that adds cost, transit time, and carbon emissions. For customers with ESG reporting obligations, we can provide shipment distance and mode data to support Scope 3 logistics emissions calculations.

Packaging standards

Protection matched to product and transport mode.

Domestic road transport

Standard: EPE foam corner protectors on all four vertical edges, polyethylene stretch wrap around the entire unit, and a protective sheet between stacked items. This is sufficient for most domestic road delivery of server racks, indoor enclosures, and panels.

Enhanced: Corrugated cardboard outer carton (for smaller items), bubble wrap for glass/acrylic panels, and cardboard edge protectors for long panels and shelves. Used for retail-facing products or items with cosmetic-critical surfaces.

Export and heavy-duty packaging

Plywood crating: Products secured inside fumigation-treated (ISPM-15 compliant) plywood crates for export by sea or air freight. Internal bracing prevents movement, and desiccant sachets are included for moisture-sensitive shipments.

Palletisation: Products bolted or strapped to heat-treated (HT-stamped) pallets for international shipping. Pallet dimensions optimised for 20-ft and 40-ft container footprints.

Labelling: Shipping marks (consignee, destination port, PO number), weight/dimension labels, fragile/orientation indicators, and barcode labels per customer specification.

Custom packaging: If your company has specific packaging specifications (branded outer cartons, particular cushioning materials, specific label templates, anti-static bags for electronic components), we follow your packaging SOP. Share it with us during the quotation stage and we’ll incorporate it into the production cost.
